The University of Miami KiDZ Neuroscience Center offers multiple free injury prevention programs for schools, including the WalkSafe and BikeSafe programs which aim to:

1.       Reduce the number of children injured as pedestrians and bicyclists

2.       Increase physical activity levels in children

3.       Encourage the use of walkable and bikeable environments

Both programs boast evidence-based lesson plans proven to increase safety knowledge in children, multi model teaching techniques, curricula versions for age appropriate learning, online teacher training modules, as well as technical support from the KiDZ Neuroscience Center.
