Every Beat Counts: Hadassah’s Heart Health Program™ (EBC) in the US, is a grassroots, peer-led heart health education program for women. Heart disease is the #1 killer of women, but 82% is preventable. EBC teaches women to recognize women’s unique signs of heart attack, and to reduce their risks of heart disease. Every Step Counts: Hadassah’s Walking Program (ESC) encourages women to lead heart healthy lives by exercising — especially walking — every day.
